We can supply accommodation for your guests in either unfurnished, simply furnished or luxury bell tents. This village style accommodation gives a hassel free solution and we can arrange to take bookings from yourself or guests on an individual basis.

What makes our Tipi’s better than a marquee?

No event should be restricted to a “one-size fits all” approach. We recognise you want a memorable occasion for you and your guests and we want to help you to create that. Our tipi’s are unique with a variety of different configurations to suit your event, whether small or large. As well as being waterproof to cope with the changeable weather, they can be toasty in winter with the indoor fire or cool and breathable in the summer months (not like a stuffy PVC marquee)

If you like our tipis and would like to enquire about hiring for an event or function, please contact us and we can prepare you a customised quote based on your event.

I‘ve accepted the quote... what happens next?

We check access, the type of ground and water & electricity to eliminate any surprises on event day! Once we’re both happy and the details are in place we’ll send you a booking form with a customised floor plan and ask for a deposit to secure your day.

How long is the hire period for?

We’ll arrive 2-3 days before your event to set up your tipi configuration, leaving you at least 1 full day to add your finishing touches. We’ll then come after the event to pack everything up and leave it how we found it. If you need the tents for longer, that’s fine, we’ll work it out.

Are the tipi’s waterproof?

Yes! These are designed for the harsh weather so are very strong and waterproof. In the cold the sides can be lowered and the doors closed, with the indoor fire and heaters keeping everyone nice and toasty.

In the summer, the canvas can be raised to form a brim, providing shade and also allowing a cool breeze to circulate.

Do you supply power for the tipi’s

We can often take electricity from a nearby building, but if you do not have power available on site we can arrange a generator.

Do I need to organise insurance for my event?

You’re welcome to insure our tipi’s and equipment yourself through standard wedding/event insurance. However to save you time and money we add in our Damage Waiver fee, this is 5% of the equipment hire charge. With this option all responsibility for accidental loss and damage is covered by our own insurance.

How big are the Tipi’s and how many guests can they accommodate?

Our large Tipi’s measures approximately 10.3m in diameter with its sides closed and 13m diameter with all its sides raised. Each Tipi is just under 9m high. One Tipit will seat around 70 guests for a meal and unfurnished it will comfortably accommodate more standing guests.

As well as Tipi’s, what else can I hire from you?

The Tipi’s hire includes the matting and basic lighting. We also offer a fire, dance floor, decorative bunting, lanterns, fairy lights, up lights & other accessories to set the scene.

How does the indoor fire work?

It’s an open log fire, it can be positioned inside directly underneath the top vents or anywhere outside. We supply the smokeless logs and they are included in the fire hire price.

What about other equipment for my event?

We work with a number of very reliable and professional hire companies and would be happy to arrange external hire of anything else you need.
